The Rose Garden Barn at Holy Well Barn is named after the rose-filled courtyard that its private entrance opens onto. The beamed accommodation encompasses a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. In addition, children can be accommodated on an additional single bed or travel cot provided on request. . There is a mezzanine breakfast area, but in the warmer months breakfast can be served on the terrace. Ample parking is available adjacent to the courtyard. The cost per night is from £95 for a double and from £75 for a single. The cost of the additional single bed or travel cot is a further £20 per night.

This will include a delicious breakfast with a choice of organic and locally sourced fare, including eggs from the family chickens and freshly picked fruit and vegetables from the garden. Breakfast can be served anytime between eight & nine am. To view the menu click here

There is also a flat-screen TV & wireless network for easy web surfing. In addition, there are tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, fridge and bath robes. The bedroom is fitted with goose down pillows and Egyptian cotton linen. An iron and ironing board are available on request as are non-allergenic pillows and spare blankets. Dogs and children are very welcome and the room can accommodate one extra single bed or a travel cot. A non-smoking policy applies indoors.

We have secure off road parking & storage space for both Bikes & Horse Tack

 

Guests usually arrive between 5.00-6.00pm. If this does not suit your plans please say so. ‘No show’ is assumed at 6.30pm or half-an-hour after any other agreed arrival time. Credit cards are not accepted. Cheques need to be accompanied by a valid banker’s card. Otherwise payment will need to be in cash. A deposit for the whole of the first night will be payable. This is non-refundable, unless the room can be re-let for the period booked. Thus it is in the guest’s interest to advise straight away if they need cancel for any reason.
