The Rose Garden Barn at Holy Well Barn is a separate building set in the courtyard of a beautifully converted 17th/18th century Sussex barn, surrounded by open countryside classified as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. From the garden of Holy Well Barn the Bluebell Railway can be seen as it passes through the valley. The railway station is only five minutes away and many stunning National Trust gardens such as Wakehurst Place and award winning pubs are within a fifteen minute drive. Walks and cycle rides can be embarked upon from the front door.
